2 General use of the website
2.1 Hosting (Webflow)
Our website is hosted by Webflow, Inc. Webflow is an American company based in San Francisco, USA. Webflow's servers are located in the USA and are operated via Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Fastly.
Each time you access our website, information is automatically collected and stored in server log files. This data includes: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of our online offering in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR.

2.2 Access data
We collect information about you when you use this website. We automatically collect information about your usage behavior and interaction with us and register information about your computer or mobile device. We collect, store and use data about every access to our online offering (so-called server log files). Access data includes: name and URL of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, message of successful retrieval (HTTP response code), browser type and browser version, operating system, referrer URL (i.e. the previously visited page), websites accessed by the user's system via our website, the user's Internet service provider, IP address and the requesting provider.
We use this log data without attribution to you or other profiling for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, security and optimizing our online offering. This is also our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
We store IP addresses in log files for a limited period of time if this is necessary for security purposes.

Your data is processed for the purpose of processing your request on the basis of your voluntary consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR and to carry out pre-contractual measures in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In addition, we have a legitimate interest in processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in order to be able to process inquiries efficiently.
The data transmitted via Webflow Forms is stored on Webflow servers in the USA. Webflow is committed to complying with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data from the input mask of the contact form, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended and no further storage is required.
2.5 E-mail contact
If you contact us (e.g. by email), we will save your details to process the request and in case any follow-up questions arise. This is also our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We only store and use further personal data if you give your consent or if this is legally permitted without special consent.
2.5 DialogShift
DialogShift chat application and other communication services on our website
Our website uses the communication services of DialogShift GmbH, Torstr. 201,
10115 Berlin. These include a chat application, email communication, and telephone communication. The applications process and store data for the purpose of web analysis, to operate communication services and to answer inquiries.

Unless specifically stated, we only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued.
3 Processing inventory data
We also process inventory data described below.
3.1 Newsletters
In order to be able to send you our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. You can cancel your subscription at any time. A message in text form to the contact details listed in section 1 is sufficient for this purpose. Of course, you will also find an unsubscribe link in every newsletter.
3.2 Legal basis and storage period
The legal basis for data processing in accordance with the above paragraphs is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a), b) and f) GDPR. Unless specifically stated, we only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued or required by law.

5 Data security
We make every effort to secure your data within the framework of applicable data protection laws and technical options. Your personal data is transmitted by us in encrypted form. We use the SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security) coding system. To secure your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
6 Transfer of data to third parties, data transfer
In principle, we only use your personal data within our company. If and insofar as we involve third parties as part of the performance of contracts, they will only receive personal data to the extent that the transfer is necessary for the corresponding service.
In the event that we outsource certain parts of data processing (“order processing”), we contractually oblige contract processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws.
Data transfer to third countries (USA)
By using Webflow and CookieFirst, data is transferred to the USA. Both providers have committed themselves to compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an appropriate level of data protection. In addition, we have concluded standard contract clauses (SCCs) with the providers.
